How do I get a quote?

Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Yes, same-day service may be available when scheduling allows. Contact us as early as possible for the best availability.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes. We offer curbside pickup for eligible items that are placed in an accessible pickup area before we arrive. Single-item curbside pickup starts at $130; larger pickups are quoted by volume and material.
How does your load pricing work?
Standard junk-removal pricing is estimated by how much trailer space your items use. See our Load Guide for typical ranges. Heavy materials, specialty disposal, demolition, tree work, equipment work and unusual access are quoted separately.
Do I need to move everything outside?
No. For full-service junk removal, our crew can remove eligible items from inside homes, garages, offices and other accessible areas. Curbside service is available when you prefer to place items outside ahead of time.
What types of items do you remove?
We handle many common items including furniture, mattresses, appliances, household clutter, yard debris, construction debris and cleanout material. Send photos if you are unsure about a particular item.
Do you handle property, estate and rental cleanouts?

Do you do light demolition?
Yes. JLB handles suitable light demolition and haul-away projects such as sheds, fences, hot tubs and playsets. Send photos so we can review the scope and access.
Do you provide tree trimming?
We offer light tree and palm trimming for suitable locations where the work can be safely accessed by our truck, along with debris cleanup and haul-away. Larger or specialized tree work may require a different provider.
Do you provide bucket-truck or high-access services?
Yes. We provide bucket-truck access for suitable property-maintenance and high-access projects such as gutters, rooflines, banners, signs, inspections and similar work, subject to safe access and job conditions.
Are your crews safety trained?
Yes. JLB workers are CPR certified and OSHA 30 certified, and our crews use appropriate PPE for the work being performed.
Do you provide before-and-after photos?
Yes. We provide before-and-after photos to document the work area and completed cleanup, which is especially useful for property managers, landlords and commercial customers.
